My condolences to Norm's family.
I worked with Norm for the past 6 years, and he always kept me posted on Max's baseball tournament!
He was so proud of his son.

My sincere condolences to you Kathie and Max during this difficult time.
Norm was a great man who loved both of you so much. I remember how excited he was to be a Dad. He was so proud of Max and could not stop telling us stories about him.
The thing I remember most about Norm was his humor; we shared so many laughs together.
I am heartbroken to hear of his passing. He will be greatly missed.
Sending you both love and strength <3
Love,
Christine

Kathie and Max, I’m so sorry for this huge loss. I worked closely with Norm for about 10 years, and will never forget him for his sense of humour and big personality, but most of all his empathy, honesty and kindness. I always laughed when he got too excited and started speaking so quickly that I, being from Western Canada, had no idea what he was saying! Everytime I spoke with Norm in business calls he always made time to talk about Max and Kathie and ask me about my family, because he clearly prioritized family over all else and that’s why we all loved him. I know you have wonderful memories of your dad Max, he was a special soul. Hold onto those.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Norm. I met Norm when I went to work in the Loblaw office for the Wholesale team. He was such a great guy to work with and our friendship grew from there. All the fun we had at the office and outside of it. He will be greatly missed by all who got to know him.
My heartfelt condolences to Kathie and Max, and all of Norm’s family.
