Dear Mark, Paul, and Nancy, your spouses, children, grandchildren, and grieving friends; Berk and I send our sincere sympathy on the passing of your wonderful Mom, Norma. We knew Norma through working with Ben at Scott Maritimes Pulp Mill. She was a dedicated mother and wife who was married to a wonderful man. We would see Norma with Ben at Company events such as Christmas parties, family picnic day, special Service Award dinners and Human Resources Department parties. We were so sorry to hear of you recently losing Ben, but it must be a comfort knowing your parents are now together again. May God bless you all and know that we have you in our thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Christine and Berk Hayman, Antigonish.

Dear Mark, Paul and Nancy and your families,
My sincere and heartfelt sympathy to each of you as you mourn the passing and celebrate the life of your loved one.
Many cherished memories that I will remember will be the wonderful childhood fun we enjoyed together in Rose Hill as a close- knit family. Special times with your Mum and Dad in Florida - eating out, church services, especially at Easter and all the helpful tips along the way. Visiting in PEI will long be remembered too.. We feel pleased that we were able to visit them at their home, apartment and at Glen Haven. Thinking of you at this time. You will be supported by each other, and more importantly you will ALWAYS have her in your hearts as much as you will miss her in your lives.

Sandra, Donald, and families,
Please accept my sincerest condolences on your loss. Being the 'baby' of the Shirley family and one of those umpteenth removed cousins I still marvel at the closeness of the extended MacIntosh clan and nothing is more important than having family support at a time like this. My thoughts and prayers are with you and do cherish all the good memories.

Sandra, we are saddened by the loss of your sister who was such a treasure. She and my mom, Lois Spear were first cousins. As Nancy MacKay says, “cousins are cousins”, and our clan sure has a lot of them! Will call you in the new year. In the meantime, you are all in our thoughts and prayers going forward at this difficult time. Love, Dianne

As part of the MacIntosh Clan, my family often visited Rose Hill farm. Norma and my mother were 1st cousins but it seemed cousins are cousins no matter the age difference! Norma & Ben always welcomed family. Donnie and I visited them at Marco Polo PEI, in Florida and New Glasgow. We were always welcome… we saw their love and devotion to each other. We send our thoughts and love!

Hello Carson cousins.
The last time I saw Ben and Norma was at the trailer lot at Marco Polo campground on P.E.I.
That was a few years ago, and while family was doing the children's tourist sites, I went to the gift shop, in case Norma was working. No, not working now, but both are in their trailer on their lot!
Our hour or more was very precious, my first remembrance of Norma was at Salmon Beach about 1956. However Esther and Aunt Emma were very close to me and wonderful memories.
So my sincere CONDOLENCES to all the children and grand children at this time. Should any family member wish to correspond here is my contact info. Hugs.

Norma and Ben were our neighbors for more than forty years. Kathy and I still live on Beech Street. Met Ben often while I was out walking the neighborhood. Was always nice meeting Norma in Marco Polo Land in Cavendish where she worked in the store. Always had a kind word and a friendly smile on her face.
