I met Bob when I started my teaching career at CMHS in 65/66 and we connected again over the years when he was in Schefferville and I was in Sept-Iles, Quebec and again at Parkview in the '80's. It was always a pleasure to see him and admire his rapport with the students . My sincere condolences to his family.

So very sorry to hear of your families loss. Bob was always a fun, engaging and outgoing person to be around . I taught and coached all sports at New Germany rural high school when he was at Chester, we played town basketball on the same team, we coached against each other for years and I always enjoyed being in his company. May he rest in peace. Sincere condolences to all family at this time of loss.
Warren Meisner.

So sorry to hear of Bobs passing ! He was my first PE teacher at CMHS and a big influence on why I became PE teacher. He was a great teacher, coach and mentor who often went beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone could participate in sports! I an very grateful for the impact he made on my life! Treasure the special memories because he was indeed a special man!

Trevor, my condolences go out to you and the girls. I remember Bob from Parkview when I spent all of my spare time in the gym.
He was genuine shoot from the hip kind of guy in those days.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time.

I had the privilege both to work with and coach with Bob during his Park View years. I remember the good times we had coaching the Girl's Basketball Team and the trips taken, one especially to Edmonton. My condolences to his family.

I have the fondest memories of Bob as my very first gym teacher when he started in Chester. He inspired his students to enjoy sports, to play hard and play fair. We later reconnected when I moved back to the Bridgewater area and he moved here as welll to teach and he reached out to me when he saw my name. A gem of a man and my heartfelt condolences go you all of you. Lloyd Tancock
