Peggy and Anna and I were childhood friends and cherished many memories of Allen Street. Throughout my years in middle school, the highlight of the summer was going to Stellarton for the weekend to stay at Jim and Peggy’s and hangout with Keigan and Aiden. Peggy always went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. She treated me as one of her own grandchildren which just goes to show the kind of person she was - so thoughtful and caring. As I got a little older, the new highlight of the summer became sitting by a fire and having a glass of white rum with Peggy and the rest of the family. She sure was the life of the party. My condolences go out to the entire family, thinking of you all. ❤️
