My Deepest Sympathies.
Dear Spyro,Yota and family,
I am very sorry to hear about the passing of your father. he always found a few moments to either sit or stand and chat awhile whenever I had the opportunity to be in the restaurant. He always had a nice story or two that made for a smile on all who was there. Nice memories for sure.
A true Maritimer!
Sincerely,
Jamil El-Hindi

George was a great business man and a kind soul. I was lucky to have received his advice over my own career .
A few years ago I met him in the grocery store and mentioned my horse was ill and he suggested to light a small fire under his belly to warm it up . Turns out my horse had a stomach ulcer I gave him treatment and started warming his water in the winter :)
George always worked hard, loved his beautiful family and had a sparkle in his eye.
Sending kind thoughts and condolences to George's family and friends.

This man is a Stellarton legend, and will never be forgotten. We are all so thankful for the amazing pizza he created and connected to our community. We were lucky that he chose here to make his home. Deepest condolences to his family. I have so many fond memories of visiting Sams in the 70’s after dances and proms to have pizza. ❤️
