Troy will be missed. He was one of a kind. He loved seeing people smile. I grew up on the same street as Troy, Kensington kids, what times we had. As young adults we still hung out together. Good times, bad times, you know we had our share. Troy smiled and loved life through it all. He created the name StellaRock. It really caught on. Troy had a way of verbalizing a feeling. The term really encapsulated what our peer group felt about our beloved small town. Last time I saw him we were both excited, it had been a while. Our souls were happy. Our souls will meet again.
