To all Cecil’s family: “l must send my sincere condolences, due to extreme cold l cannot be with you. I met Cecil as a kid at Glenelg Presbyterian Church and later when we learned to drive we travelled all over to several dances a week. We grew up, often together, but eventually took different paths, but when we retired we often met again. I always knew Cecil as a real gentleman and a great friend.”
