Kingman, Dorothy Ellen, 92 of New Glasgow passed away Friday August 26, 2022 at the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in River John she was a daughter of the late James and Florence (Cotter) Cameron of River John.
She will be sadly missed by her sisters, Mabel Zinck, River John; May Watt, Toronto; Marie (Hugh)Langille, River John; also beloved nieces and nephews and her dear friend, Ron McNutt.
She was predeceased by a brother John Cameron.
She will be remembered for her love of flowers and gardening, her affection for dogs and her even temperment and warmth. Dorothy loved music, dancing and never missed church. She was a great supporter of her church and many charities.
The family will receive friends and relatives from 12:30pm until 1:45pm Thursday September 1, 2022 at Trinity United Church, Temperance Street, New Glasgow from where funeral services will be held at 2pm with Rev. Donna Tourneur presiding. Burial will take place in the Hamilton Cemetery, River John. Following the burial, a reception will be held at the St. George’s Church Hall, River John.
Family Flowers only. Donations in memory of Dorothy may be made to the Trinity United Church, New Glasgow or to a charity of one’s choice.
