I am so heartbroken and sorry for your loss. I remember the day I met Jake, huge smile on his face. My heart had stopped a beat because he looked so much like his Uncle Ian. But that smile, that was a smile I could count on. No matter what. Every time he'd pass me in the hall, come out to the kitchen....always a beautiful smile. Jake, you are gone too soon. I hope you find peace. Thank you for being my friend.
