Duncan Reginald MacPherson

Sadly, we announce the passing of Duncan Reginald MacPherson (MacNeil) on July 23, 2024 after a brief but courageous battle with cancer in his 79th year.

Dunc, Dad or Papa as he was also known, was born in Trenton, Nova Scotia on Novermber 26, 1944.

He was predeceased by his parents the late Donald MacNeil and Helen Peckham and a baby brother in infancy Baby Bernie. He was also predeceased by the love of his life Mary Lynn MacPherson (Lawrence), as well as his son Donald Whitman MacPherson.

He is survived by his brothers; Donald (Wiggie) MacPherson, (Debbie), Neil MacPherson, his two sisters; Sandra Brenton (Gerry) and Joanne MacPherson.

He is also survived by his son David Cameron (Kelley), a daughter Darlene Vail (Bill).

his seven grandchildren, Adara, Cody, Marissa, Ryan, Tyler, Laura and Brooklyn,

11 great-grandchildren and many many nieces and nephews whom he adored, also his dear friend who took care of him Debbie McLaren.

Duncan was cremated and a burial will take place at a later date.
