Obituary of Martin Steven Bonvie

Martin “Marty” Steven Bonvie age 77, of Trenton formerly of New Glasgow passed away on June 29, 2024 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in New Glasgow he was a son of the late George and Sarah Bonvie. Martin had been a resident of New Glasgow most of his life. He was employed for many years at Trenton Works. He also enjoyed doing carpentry, working on many different projects. He is survived by his partner Beverly Barker, Trenton; brother Preston Bonvie, New Glasgow; sister Esther Arnold, Ottawa; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers Bobby and Ronnie; sisters Jessie and Barb. There will be no visitation or funeral service at Marty’s request. Donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
