To all the MacKay and Best families: we were sorry to learn of Ora’s passing..and send along our heartfelt sympathy and condolences to all,with many fond memories of our common interests politically and with the Pipe band..although not known at that time marched across the Causeway opening with the CB Highlanders as a young lad on 13 Aug.1955..and ironically to end up teaching Stellarton Balmoral in 1960..-small world even then..
A silent Pipers Lament ‘Flowers of the Forrest’ goes out to her cherished memory.
