Harvey, a beacon of love and kindness, illuminated our lives with charm and warmth. His sense of humor, intelligence, and captivating personality breathed joy into every encounter. As a caregiver for his close neighbor, I was privileged to witness Harvey's tender gentleness which enhanced the lives around him profoundly. His spirit continues to inspire all whose hearts he touched in life—his light guides us even after his departure.
