Obituary of Raymond Kenneth Cullen

With a heavy heart and great sadness that we announce the death of our father, Raymond Kenneth Cullen, age 72 of Hopewell. He passed away quietly Monday August 7th, in his bed at home. "Dad was always up for a Tim Horton's coffee or a strum on the guitars. Dad filled our lives with music, stories, art, creativity and joy. He was our father but also our friend and he loved all of us completely." Raymond was son to the late John David and Bernice Winnifred Cullen. He is pre-deceased by seven siblings. Ray is remembered by his partner of sixteen years, Robert Arthur Ward, Eureka; Brother, Allen Cullen, Stellarton; His sons, Raymond Curtis Cullen, New Glasgow; Kyle Anthony Cullen (Katie MacFarlane), Stellarton; His daughters, Nancy Leah Cullen (Alex Rorison), Stellarton; Holly Anne Cullen (Sean Wall), Halifax. His grandchildren, Lance Crosby, Evany Cullen, Stellarton; Jack Halverson, Stellarton, many nieces, nephews and grand fur-babies. The family will receive visitors from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. on Friday August 11 in the H.C.MacQuarrie Funeral Chapel ,Stellarton from where funeral service will be held on Saturday August 12 at 11 A.M. with Rev. Charles McPherson officiating . Burial will be in the Hopewell Cemetery.
