Mary Theresa Julian of Pictou Landing passed away on January 16, 2023 at home. Born on December 8, 1953 in Truro to parents Catherine Julian of Indian Brook and Martin Francis of Pictou Landing.
Theresa was a residential School Survivor. She worked as a personal care worker for many years.
She is survived by her daughter Josie (Doug) and son Roger both of Pictou Landing. She was a special Mom to Victor and Angel, grandmother to Dimitri (Olivia), Truro and Sabrina, Pictou Landing.; siblings Mary Elizabeth Julian (Raphael), Colorado, USA; Linda Sock (Paul), Elsipogtog; Lena Julian-Kleeman, Connecticut, USA; Hubert Francis, Pictou Landing; Lawn Julian, Mass., USA. She will be also missed by many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a sister Bridget Julian, Mass., USA.
Her remains will rest at her home 60 First Street Pictou Landing, Fisher’s Grant, NS after 7 pm on Thursday, January 19, 2023. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am on Saturday in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church with burial to follow in the parish cemetery.
