It is with our deepest sorrow we announce the sudden death of our son Johnathan James Adrian Spears on December 25, 2022.
Johnathan will be missed everyday by his parents Christa Spears and Edward Horan (Stellarton, NS), his brothers Keith and Rylie Spears, Stellarton, NS; his sister Jessica Cameron, Northbay, Ontario; his grandfather and partner, Carl Spears and Debbie Parker, Westville, NS; and his nephew Sawyer Spears-Warrington. As well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and family members. Johnathan grew up in Stellarton, NS. He enjoyed the outdoors as a child disappearing on his motorbike with the boys. He loved tinkering with small engines and as he got older with his pride and joy, his car. He loved hockey playing with PCMHA, the schools and even pickup hockey as an adult. He loved to travel especially to Florida and his grandparents time share.
In 2019 Johnathan met the love of his life Haliegh Coady (2001-2022). They were two peas in a pod, completing each other. They enjoyed long drives, trips to the city for various events and spoiling their animals.
Johnathan was a kind soul with a warm heart and will truly be missed by all.
We know that Johnathan is truly at peace in the arms of his angels Haileigh Coady, his grandmothers Bea Spears, Tamara Seiko and his great grandmothers Dorothy Rutledge and Aksenia Seiko.
Family will receive visitors, Thursday, January 5th, 2023 at the H.C. MacQuarrie Funeral Chapel in Stellarton from 11 am to 1pm followed by a graveside service at 1:30pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery.
Donations can be made in memory of Johnathan, to the SPCA or Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
