Jeff and family would like to thank Palliative care, the Red Cross and the VON for all of the care and support they have provided. No visitation as per Jeff’s wishes. There will be a celebration of life for Jeff at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
