The family of Gerald (Gyp) Turnbull are saddened to announce his passing on Wednesday, August 3, 2022. Gerald is survived by his wife of 54 years Gloria Turnbull (Davidson), son Gerald, daughter Lisa (Ross White), grandchildren Abby, Peyton, Jacob, Austin and Grace, sister Leanor Russell (Tom) as well as chosen grandchildren Sophia, Jacob, Alison and Bradley. Gerald was a painter by trade and worked at Scott Paper until his retirement. His life revolved around being with his family, children and grandchildren. He loved wood working, watching Nascar racing, the Toronto Maple Leafs and his beloved Toronto Blue Jays. In addition to fishing, he enjoyed his classic country music and watching his grandchildren play various sports. Gerald will be remembered by all who knew him for his kindness, helpfulness and his generosity of spirit. Donations in his memory can be made to charity of your choice.
