Leon (Lee) Malcolm Thomas ( August 26, 1940 - June 9 2022)
It is with great sadness that I announce the peaceful passing of my husband and best friend Lee on June 9, 2022 at the Aberdeen Hospital.
Lee joined the RCN in 1957-1969, later working at Michelin Tire, retiring in 2000.
Lee is survived by wife Dot, a son MIke(Deanna), grandson Dylan, several nieces and nephews, a brother Gren and sister Cheryl.
He was predeceased by his Mom and Dad, Norman and Phyllis (Pace)Thomas and a brother Gord.
Cremation has taken place.
Friends and family are invited to a graveside service at 1pm Tuesday June 14, 2022 at Heatherdale Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Palliative Care Society of the Aberdeen Hospital.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Park and the Nurses and Doctors on the 5th Floor Aberdeen Hospital.
