F. Doreen Langille age 98, of Willow Lodge Tatamagouche passed away on December 7, 2021. Born in Stellarton she was a daughter of the late Herbert and Viola (MacLeod) Clark. She was a resident of Toronto for close to 20 years where she was employed as a cashier at the Princess Margaret Hospital for 17 years later moving to Stellarton where she worked at the Mountain Golf and Country Club in Truro and later at the Metropolitan Store in New Glasgow. She was a member of the Women’s Thursday Night Bowling League and a member of Christ Anglican Church, Stellarton. She is survived by son Roger Hallam (Mary), granddaughter Viola Hallam, grandson Corey. Besides he parents she was predeceased by her husband Raymond “Ray” Langille, daughter Catherine, brothers Billy; Herbert “Junior”; Alvin (Betty) and Tommy (Mae), sister Erma Scott, son Harry (Sharon) Hallam. Visitation will be in the H.C. MacQuarrie Funeral Chapel, Stellarton from 1-3 P.M. Friday from where funeral service will be held at 3 P.M. with Rev. Lee Sinclair officiating. Burial will be in Christ Anglican Church Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to the Nova scotia heart and Stroke Fund or the Canadian Cancer Society.
