Neta was born in Stellarton, NS, February 2, 1941 and was the daughter of Mae (Nickerson) and Russell Works. Neta was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Her favorite time of year was Christmas and she loved bowling, playing cards, bingo, baking and hosting family gatherings with her devoted husband of 53 years, Bruce Mackintosh.
