Trenton - Aikens, Everett Hugh "Ross", 87, of the Valley View Villa-Riverton, and formerly of Trenton passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on November 25, 2021. Born in New Glasgow, October 8, 1934. He was a son of the late Peter and Annie (Schrader) Aikens. He worked at the Trenton Works Plant for almost 40 years. He was a loving father who worked hard his entire life to provide for his family. He enjoyed putting in a large vegetable garden and raising cows and chickens. He loved the outdoors and didn't mind cutting, hauling and splitting wood to keep his family warm in the winter. He came from a musical family where everyone played at least one instrument. He played guitar and sang at home.
