Obituary of Muriel Hazel Bugden

Muriel Hazel Neals Bugden August 15, 1933 – June 24, 2021 We sadly announce the passing of Muriel Bugden on June 24th ,2021 at the Aberdeen Hospital ,New Glasgow where she received exceptional care from all. We would especially like to thank Dr. Barclay, who was both friend and physician to her for many years. Muriel was born in Fredericton New Brunswick, the 2nd of 4 siblings born to Roy and Beatrice (Price) Hoben. When Muriel entered heaven she was reunited with her loving husband of 52 years (Alton Bugden). She was a force to be reckoned with up until her last days. Muriel is survived by her daughter, Jill Bugden, son, Tim Bugden (Natalie Bugden), Grandchildren, Nikki Nolan and Noah Bugden. She loved her sisters, Irene MacDonald (Norm), Angela Cole (Laurie), Ethel Dingee (pre-deceased) and would spend countless hours on the phone with them. She was a Christian, trusting God for love, guidance and support throughout her life. Being together with siblings, children and especially grandchildren, was always the highlight of her day. Muriel valued family above all. Cremation has taken place. A public graveside committal service will be held 11am Saturday October 23rd , 2021 at the Abercrombie Cemetery with Pastor Caroline Barclay presiding.
