Obituary of Claudia Irene Hale

Claudia Irene Hale (December 5, 1960-May 14, 2021) It’s with heavy hearts that the family of Claudia Hale announces her sudden passing on May 14, 2021, at the age of 60. A daughter of the late Hugh and Doris Hale, she was born on December 5, 1960. Claudia grew up and lived most of her life in Stellarton. She was a long time employee of the Aberdeen Sobeys, and was able to enjoy a few years of retirement before her passing. A sun seeker, she loved combing the beaches for beach glass. Claudia loved staying connected with friends through technology, and playing word puzzles with Avery on her iPad. There was nothing more she loved than being Memere to Avery and Ian. She was so proud of them. Claudia is survived by her loving partner of 26 years Roger Robichaud, daughter Ashlee and her husband Cory Bruce, grandchildren Avery and Ian Bruce, brother Charles and his wife Nancy Hale, several nieces and nephews, her beloved pet Slipper. She was predeceased by her parents, Hugh and Doris Hale, brothers Fr. Hugh Hale, Colin Hale, his wife Sarah, sister Patricia Chaisson. Due to Covid-19 there will be no public funeral service at this time. Cremation has taken place. Burial will be in Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Cemetery at a later date.
