We remember your mother/grandmother/great grandmother very fondly as part of our early years in Pictou County, through both the Dutch and CRC communities. We were reminiscing this afternoon about our time spent at the old farmhouse in the care of Mrs. Smees and that one of us (there is a debate who) took our first steps in life with Mrs. Smees. We are also forever grateful for the many visits that both Jo and Gerrit made to our parents while they were in hospital/in care. You are in our thoughts at this time.
