Heather and Cindy
We (Martens Family) were saddened when we heard of the passing of your mother. Edna was a very kind hearted and peaceful person, the strong quite type that everyone could depend on. The true rock that families are built on, that anchored everyone together. I have many fond memories of the adventures, happy and wonderful times that both your parents (John and Edna) were so kind to share with us, when I was just a boy. I think of those memories often and how they have positively shaped my life. As my kids are starting to get older, I share the many stories and adventures that your parents shared with me and my family. I am so thankful for that time we spent together.
I am truly saddened and sorry for your loss and will miss your mother greatly.
