Ann Marie Theresa Mullins, RN- 67 of Stellarton passed away peacefully at home on April 5, 2019. Born in Pictou on April 14, 1951, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Peggy(O’Connor)Mullins. A graduate of the Victoria General School of Nursing, class of 1972, Ann worked in many different fields of Healthcare during her career. She was a hard working, competent nurse who took pride in the care she provided. Ann’s greatest love was her "boys" Michael(Brenda)Henshaw, Point Fourty-Four; and David(Michelle)Henshaw, Stellarton. Her absolute pride and joy were her grandchildren, Cole Henshaw, Musquodoboit; Grace and Megan Henshaw, Stellarton. She was happiest when she was with them, and they loved their "Grammie" dearly. Also left to mourn Ann are her sisters, Maureen Buell, Halifax; and Kathy(Roddie)Miller, White Hill; and a brother Jim(Dawn)Mullins, Ottawa. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her brother David Mullins and her former husband Allan Henshaw. Ann faced her life with unsurmountable faith and strength. Please help us celebrate her together on Monday April 8, 2019 with visitation from 6-9pm at the H.C. MacQuarrie Funeral Chapel, Stellarton. Cremation has taken place. There will be no service at Ann’s request. A private burial will take place at a later date. Donations in memory of Ann may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of one’s choice. angusfuneralhomes.com "Use your voice in kindness, Your ears for compassion, Your hands for charity, Your mind for truth, And your heart for love"
