Gordon Henry Stewart, born February 16th 1956, passed away November 2nd 2018 at the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Surviving loved ones are his mother Margret Stewart, his wife Florence Stewart, sons Gordon and Shawn Stewart, a granddaughter Sheila Stewart, sisters; Barbra Marshal and Anna Jean Hubley.
Gordon started his truck driving career at Johnson & MacDonalds with his father until he bought his own truck and started working for himself. He would also work for Casey Concrete, Marinus Verhagan, and end his career at 3D auto. Gordon was a member of the Linacy Fire Department, where he was a resident for over 40 years. Gordon loved children,2 of his own, but many others called him Dad or Papa. He will be truly missed by all.
Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors from 7-9pm Monday at the H.W. Angus Funeral Home, New Glasgow.
