Obituary of Camella Keith Jordan

Jordan, Camella Keith, 81 of Trafalgar Road, Riverton, Pictou County formerly of Stellarton passed away peacefully January 9, 2018 at home with family at her side.
Born in New Glasgow on November 11, 1936 in a snowstorm, she was a daughter of the late John and Margaret(Bell)Chikness.
She married Raymond Jordan on January 11, 1958 and had the opportunity to travel Europe when Raymond was posted overseas. In her younger years she loved to garden, read and take care of her pets and family. She loved all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren with all her heart, always worrying about everybody.
She is survived by her husband Raymond, children: Tammy(Dave), Kim(Dale), Heidie(Bert), grandchildren: Ryan, Ian, Adam, Sienna, Maddy, Emma, Makayla and Allana, great-grandchildren: Olivia and Claire Geldart, her beloved pets, Luckey and Muffy, sisters: Helen, Alyce, Linda, brothers: Earl(Diane), Billy, Fred(Polly), sisters-in-law Hazel, Melba, brother-in-law John Farrell, special friends Ann Marshall, Dorothy Bonvie and the staff at Poulain's Pharmacy in Stellarton.
She was predeceased by sisters: Kitty, Margie, Theresa, Ruth, Jessie, brothers: Johnny and Jimmy.
Cremation had taken place.
A graveside committal service for Camella and her late husband Raymond will be held at 3:45pm Monday September 12, 2022 at the Brookside Cemetery, New Glasgow with Rev. Dr. Glen Matheson presiding.
Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Camilla may be made to the Pictou County SPCA or to the Aberdeen Hospital Palliative Care Society.
