Obituary of Patricia Cooke

Patricia "Patsy" Elsie Cooke age 74 of Trenton passed away on November 18, 2017 in the QEII Health Sciences Centre Halifax. Born in New Glasgow she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Olive (Fraser) Barnett.
She is survived by her sisters Shirley (Gordon) Kellock, Alice (Mickey) MacKenzie, her children Angela Vandermeer, Carol Cooke, William Cooke and Mary Cooke; 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Carl Cooke and siblings Sally MacLean, Doris Worthen, Annie Bailey, Jean MacLean, Blackie Barnett, Kenny Barnett, James Barnett, Willard Barnett, Fay Druhan, Fraser Barnett and Marie Keough.
Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends from 1 pm until the time of the memorial service at 2 pm on Saturday in the H.W. Angus Funeral Home, New Glasgow with Fergie MacKay officiating. Burial will be in the Hillside Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
