Campbell, Donald Frank

Born in New Glasgow he was a son of the late Frank Campbell and Anna (Campbell) MacIntosh.
Don was employed for 33 years with the Department of Transportation and recently retired. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and special times spent with his Buds. He was an avid dart and card player for many years as well. Don moved back to Thorburn a couple of years ago and enjoyed his time back in the Vale. He loved collecting and researching the history of Thorburn.
Don is survived by his sisters Anita (Jack) Ross, Alma; Mary (Keith) Rankin, Berwick, NS; sister-in-law Brenda Campbell, Windsor, On; and special nephews, Jason Ross, Brent and Jeff Rankin, Ian, Peter and Jamie Campbell, Aunt Violet MacDonald, Uncle Len MacDonald, many cousins and special friends.
He was predeceased by brother Bernie (2015) and step-father Allan MacIntosh.
Anita and Mary extend sincerest thanks to Dr. Gregor MacLean and Dr. Kwasnik, the Palliative Care Team, staff and volunteers of the palliative Care Unit. Your compassion, kindness, guidance and support was deeply appreciated.
