Astles, Mary "Eleanor", 84 of the Glen Haven Manor, New Glasgow formerly of Stellarton passed away October 5, 2016 at the manor.
Born in Douglastown, Quebec she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Mary Bridget(Rooney)Holland.
She is survived by her husband Willis, New Glasgow; brothers David and Andrew(Charlotte) both of Toronto, several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by brothers Harvey, Homer, Robert and a sister Maureen.
Cremation to take place.
The family will receive visitors from 2-4pm Tuesday at the H.C. MacQuarrie Funeral Chapel, Stellarton.
A graveside committal service will be held 11am Wednesday at Heatherdale Memorial Gardens with Rev. Aidan Kingsbury presiding.
