It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Carol Ann Linthorne. Carol passed away May 22, 2026, at the Aberdeen Hospital. Born on November 27, 1971, she was the daughter of the late Julia and Fred Linthorne.

Carol was a fun-loving person with a big heart. She loved to help others. She was known for her love of horses. She was an animal lover and will be missed by her beloved cat Charlie.

Carol is survived by her sister Cherie (Tim) Parker and brother Michael (Tammy) Linthorne; nieces Julia and Courtney Parker, and nephews Nick and Mike Linthorne. She was loved by her aunts, uncles, many cousins, great nieces and nephews, and her close friends (best friend Trish).

Carol will be missed by all who knew her and all the connections she made at Riverview Home and Summer Street Industries.

Thank you to Aunt Heelen for all her love and support. Also, a big thank you to Debbie and Danielle (support workers) who were there with her until the end. A special word of thanks to the Aberdeen Hospital and all the nurses on the 5th floor.

Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or service. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
