It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of Alex on May 20th 2026 at the age of 28. 

Alex was a beloved member of the Eureka Fire Department for over a decade. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved his snowmobiling, four wheeling and camping. 

Alex is survived by and will be forever missed by his parents Cliff and Bev Jardine; his sons Phoenix and Oliver (their mom Danielle); sister Tuesdai Jardine; special uncle James Lank; his second mom Tkay Munroe; chosen grandmother Heather Facey (G-Nan) and Barb Mackay (Grammie); numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. 

Alex will also be deeply missed by his camping family and his family from Cambridge Bay, Nunavut. 

Visitation will be on Thursday May 28th 2026 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the H.W. Angus Funeral Home. Funeral service will be on Friday May 29th at 1pm in the H.W. Angus Funeral Home Chapel.
