It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Robert “Bobby” Taylor, which occurred on Wednesday, April 15th at the Aberdeen Hospital in New Glasgow, surrounded by his family after a battle with cancer.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Joanne (Martin) Taylor; his only child James Darren (Heather) Taylor; his father James Vernon Taylor; granddaughter Emily Taylor (Brandon); two great-grandsons Levi and Lucas (whom he loved very much); Sister-in-law Emma White, and niece Carol Ann White (Jayden and Dylan) who have all been amazing during this very hard time.

He was predeceased by his mother Shirley Elizabeth (Wright) Taylor.

Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
