Clifford Campbell MacLennan, age 85 of MacLellan’s Brook passed away peacefully on April 4th 2026. Clifford was the son of the late Lawrence & Ann (Campbell) MacLennan formerly of Willowdale. 

Clifford wore many hats throughout his life. He was a self-employed truck driver and a dedicated farmer, but above all, he was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Clifford started his trucking career hauling lumber to Halifax for his uncle, Lawrence Campbell. In 1969 he went into business hauling pulp to the mill in Abercrombie and continued for many years. Along with the trucking business he always kept a herd of beef cattle and a flock of sheep. His livestock were an important part of his life and he kept a small number until recently. He enjoyed going to church and spent many years attending MacLennan’s Mountain Presbyterian.

Clifford is Survived by his children, Sheldon (Shelly) Angela (Paul) and Jake (Young - Mi) who live in South Korea; Grandchildren Luke, Jillian, Logan (Rebeka) Roman, Caleb; Great grandchildren Mila, Anna, Harrison; his brother Wes (Judy) and Sister Marjorie Sangster; sister-in-law Patsy and many nieces and nephews. 

 Predeceased by his parents Lawrence & Anne; son Cary; Brothers Calvin and John and Brother-in-law Freeman. 

Visitation will be held from 2-4pm & 7-9pm on Thursday April 9th at H.W. Angus Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 11am Friday April 10th from the H.W. Angus Funeral Home Chapel with a reception to Follow. Burial will be in the Valley View Cemetery, East River St. Mary’s.
