Pamela Denny, 42, passed away on March 17, 2026, leaving behind a life that was creative, vibrant, and deeply human.


Growing up, Pamela was known for being wildly funny and full of energy. She had a way of making people laugh, often at the most unexpected times, and her sense of humor was something those close to her will never forget. She loved spending time in nature. She brought a spark into every room and created lasting memories filled with laughter. Pamela had a natural gift for creativity. She loved decorating her home and had a unique talent for designing her wardrobe, expressing herself through style in a way that was entirely her own. She was also a poet, using words to express her thoughts, emotions, and perspective on the world in a deeply personal and meaningful way. Her creativity touched many aspects of her life and left a lasting impression on those around her.


She was the beloved daughter of Frank and Cheryl Denny. She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings: Ryan (Cheryl), Amanda (Andy), Jason, Tiffany, Keith, and Frankie. Pamela was a proud and loving mother to her only child, Sheldon Jay. She will also be missed by her nieces Leah, Alexis, and Parker, and her nephews Memphis, Andy, Devin, and Jake. She is also lovingly remembered by her godparents, Allen Bernard and Mary Francis. Pamela shared a deep bond with her best friend, Sharon MacDonald, who stood by her through life’s ups and downs.


She was predeceased by her dear friends Priscilla Denny and Stephanie Denny, as well as her godchild, Marcus Denny, all of whom she held close to her heart. 


Pamela will be remembered for her humor, her creativity, her words, and the light she brought into the lives of those around her. She was deeply loved and will be deeply missed.


Her remains will rest at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Pictou Landing from 4pm on Monday, March 30 until the time of the service at 11am on Wednesday, April 1. Burial will take place in the Parish Cemetery.
