Helen Louise (Cleary) MacDonald, 80, of Greenwood, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.

Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of the late Clarence “Cleary” and Pearl (White) Cleary.

Helen is survived by daughters, Sherri (Jamie Taylor), Shannon (Shawn Rhyno), grandchildren Deanna Taylor, Blake Taylor, Gavin Rhyno and Richee Rhyno; great grandchildren, Gabriel Saulnier, Oliver Saulnier and baby Benjamin on the way. Siblings, Gloria MacLeod, Debbie Muir, Robbie Smith and Jimmy Cleary.

Predeceased by her husband, Angus and brother, Herbie Cleary.

Cremation has taken place with a private graveside service to be held at a later date.
