It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Edward Wayne (Dubbie) Harb, age 80 of Stellarton on January 4, 2026, in the Aberdeen Hospital, surrounded by his family.

Born in New Glasgow, he was the son of the late Charles Ganim and Josephine (MacKay) Harb. Wayne was a member of the Black Watch and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 28.

Wayne is survived by his wife of 54 years, Marcella Anna, daughter Ursula (James), son Ganim (Sara), grandson Cole, as well as several great grandchildren. 

Also surving are a sister Zeana MacLeod, Shirley Zahara, Connie Durbes, as well as many neices and nephews.

Besides his parents Wayne was predeceased by brothers Nazie, Charlie, John, and sister Marie Harb.

Cremation has taken place, there will be no visitation or service by request. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the H.C.MacQuarrie Funeral Chapel, Stellarton.
