With heavy hearts the family announces the peaceful passing of Angela Boudreau, 58, Pictou, NS. Angela passed away at the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow, December 16th, 2025. She was a beloved wife, daughter, mother, sister, friend, nanny.

Born March 22, 1967 in New Glasgow, Angela was the daughter of Shirley and David MacLeod. In 1988 Angela married the love of her life, David Boudreau. Together, they built a beautiful life, growing their family first with their daughter, Ashley, and son, Mark. Angela enjoyed camping with her family at Birchwood Campground, where she would go four-wheeling with family, gathered the family for delicious meals, spent many an evening around a campfire with friends and family having a laugh, and enjoyed a cool breeze on a hot summer’s day from her swing.

Angela was so creative, spending time creating diamond dot pictures, working on puzzles, or making seasonal crafts that she would gift to family members. Another passion of Angela’s was walking along the beach, finding beach glass, accompanied by David and her dogs. Many weekends were spent taking long drives, exploring every corner of Nova Scotia, or longer road trips cross-country to spend time with her daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. She loved the holidays, especially Christmas, and even in her declining health, she made such an effort to continue creating Christmas magic for her loved ones.

Her greatest passion however, was her family. She was caring and supportive beyond measure, there whenever anyone needed her, without hesitation. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. Angela is survived by her parents, Shirley and David MacLeod, Sylvester, her sister Allison (Neil), New Glasgow, her brother Roy (Tracey), Alma, her aunt Emily (Darrel), New Glasgow. She leaves behind her daughter Ashley (John), Saskatchewan, her son Mark (Ellen), Abercrombie. Grandkids, William, Hailey Arthur, James and Maggie. Brother-in-laws, sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends will all deeply miss her. Her memory will live on through all those who loved her.

The family wishes to thank her entire medical team, especially her nurses with the VON and palliative care at the Aberdeen hospital that showed such care and kindness towards her this year. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 21st, from 2-4pm at H.W. Angus Funeral Home, New Glasgow.
