Sharon Elizabeth Black, age 82 of Stellarton formerly of Malagash, NS passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2025 in the Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital, Tatamagouche. Born in St. John, NB on June 19, 1943 she was a daughter of the late Gordon and Doris Lillian “Pat” (Kennedy) Black.

Sharon grew up in Stellarton and then moved to Halifax where she worked for Eastern Canada Savings and Loans. She later moved out west and became an office manager at PSI Fluid Power from where she retired. Upon her retirement Sharon bought a piece of land in Malagash, NS where she built her retirement home.

She is survived by her sister Gail Little, Stellarton.

Sharon was predeceased by her parents Gordon and Pat Black and a brother-in-law Arthur “Art” Little.

A Celebration of Sharon’s life will be held in the Jubilee Apartments Common Room, 103 Park Street, Stellarton on a day and time to be announced.
