Susan Mae Ince (nee Silver), age 93, of Stellarton passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025 in the Aberdeen Hospital Palliative Care Unit, New Glasgow. Born February 19, 1932 she was a daughter of the late William and Margaret (Watters) Silver.

Susan had been a resident of Stellarton most of her married life. She was a devoted member of Christ Anglican Church in Stellarton.

She is survived by her son Mike Ince (Shelly Foley), daughter Marlene Ince, grandson Ryan Hartlen; special great-grandson Lowell Haley; son-in-law Michael Hartlen; sister Joan Ferguson and a brother Allister Silver.

She was predeceased by her husband Douglas Gordon Ince, daughter Charlene Ince Hartlen, brothers Kenneth, Gordon, David, William, Leslie, sisters Catherine, Ernestine and Charlotte.

There will be no visitation or funeral at her request. A public graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Friday, June 20, 2025 in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens with Rev. Dr. Joanne Neal officiating.

Donations in her memory may be made to Christ Anglican Church, Stellarton.
