Margaret Helen Curtis Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret Helen Curtis, who passed away at the age of 69 on March 31st, 2025.


Margaret was born in New Glasgow to the late Charles and Dora Davidson of Priestville. She always enjoyed spending time with her family, dancing, and going for walks.


She is survived by her husband Herbie Curtis, children Ronnie (Tracy), Dora (Stanley), Vanessa, Tanya, and Brittany, 13 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, brothers Archie (Ruby), Scott (Kim), sister Jennie (Stuart), aunt Isabel, and uncles Bill and Robert, and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her best friend Brenda McNeil.


Margaret was predeceased by her parents Charles and Dora, mother-in-law Mary Preston, daughter Darlene, son-in-law Adalai, brothers Charlie and Robert, nephew Michael, and niece Nikki.


Visitation will be held at the H.C. MacQuarrie Funeral Chapel in Stellarton on Friday, April 4th, 2025, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. There will be no funeral service at her request.
