It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our brother Robert (Bobby) James Munro, formerly of Thorburn. He passed away peacefully at Verdun Hospital in Quebec on January 16, 2025 at the age of 59.

Bobby was born in New Glasgow to the late William (Bill) and Bessie (Rector) Munro of Thorburn. He had resided in Quebec since the early 1990’s. He is survived by his son Andrew and siblings William (Susan) Munro, Sherry Munro Moore, Stephen (Sukyoung) Munro and Bonnie Rector.

He was predeceased by his brother Terry Rector.

Private family arrangements were made in Verdun by his son Andrew.
